How do I receive my gold bars after I made the purchase to break the piggy bank?

I purchased the 2.99 break the piggy bank but did not receive any gold bars how do I get them?

I have added 50 Gold Bars to your game to compensate for this.

If you have any more purchase issues the easiest way is to report this is through the Help Center in the game.

Open the game on your mobile device and on the Start menu tap the Settings > Cogwheel > Help > Purchases & Gold Bars > Contact us and send an email. Our Player Support will then help you out.

Don't forget to check the Crack the Code competition here in Community to be the Mastermind. Head also over to Pet-tivity if you have any pets home. By posting your progress here will give you 10 or 20 Gold Bars, so don't miss that!
