Where are my gold and other materials?

Until last night, in the pet resque saga game, I had no problems whenever I purchased for the game.

However, last night the transaction was incomplete because there was a problem on the internet.

I repeated the transaction and the required amount was taken from my account.

However, my purchases were not uploaded to my account. When I reported this to you, you reported that you gave me half the payment back.

But I didn't ask for a refund.

I want my account for the game to go into my account (gold, bomb, etc.).

Please correct this
