Gold bars not received but money taken

I purchased some gold on pet rescue saga 2 days ago and the payment was taken but I didn't receive the gold I have emailed support but I've had no response at all any help would be much appreciated

There are no purchases in Pet Rescue Saga on that Facebook account and it looks like you never played the game with that specific account.

Are you playing the game on Facebook on computer or on mobile?

I play it on mobile and connect it to Facebook

And I have made several purchases of gold bars through Google play on the pet rescue app I sent an email with a screen shot confirming the order I made which I never received
