Why does it only go to a Black Screen

I use Firefox for my Facebook. When I try to load Pet Rescue. It starts with the orange page that shows its downloading and when its finished it goes to a BLACK screen. I can hear the music but not the game. I can go on Google Crome and it works fine.

Please try with reinstalling the game to get it back on track:

1) First, remove the game from Facebook here: 
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications 

2) Clear the cache on your browser

3) Close the browser.

4) Reinstall the game

Try also another browser than you currently are using. Other recommended browsers for our games are Google Chrome and Opera. Make also sure your browsers are up to date.

I have always liked playing this game and have spent more than I should have on bars,etc. This black screen thing ,though is making me want to give up!! It has gotten worse and has caused me to lose games and I have to start the climb over again, as well as losing out on my winning streak!!  Not happy!!!!!!

Its on all my king games..pet rescue,candy crush soda,candy crush,and farm hero's. You see the orange screen...it loads but when it gets through loading and the picture is suppose to pop up...i hear the music but the screen is black...i done everything but change my browser..which i have firefox.. they play on my i pad but not my pc...they did then all of a sudden they dont...getting really ridiculous...
