I changed phones and my boosters are gone. I had like 100 of each

    I am very sorry to hear that you have lost all the boosters!!  Unfortunately that is the side effect that occurs when we change our devices OR reinstall the game!!  I am sorry to say that these boosters are not refundable UNLESS you have bought them with real money!!  

    Hope this made sense!!  Sorry for not giving you a good news!!
