I checked everything like Hikaru before reporting the problem. It's still not been fixed. I have the same problem when I play the game on Safari (Mac) AND Chrome (Windows) . Also the problem occurred when I was in Portugal, so it's not occurred because of the IP address. Please get the problem fixed it's been nearly a month now.
