I am sorry to hear that you are not able to access the new levels in your game!!  Are you playing on a PC or a mobile device?

Hi @1050nicole and welcome to our Community!

I checked your game in our system and it shows that you are on level 2592. 

The Hobby Town map has levels until 2622. So you will need to keep playing a few more levels and when level 2622 is completed the next map will open.

I have nothing past 2592 just the treasure chest sitting there! I can't get to any new levels.

@1050nicole Level 2592 is not yet completed in your game. You will need to complete the level and then you'll be able to open the chest and the next episode will get uncovered.
