I have a purchasing issue. I paid 2.99 for the special offer and I was charged but did not get the items from the special offer.

    I paid $9.99 for 49 gold bars and I was charged. It came off my card already. But I did not receive the gold. Someone help.

    Check this page with more info how to get a refund or report a problem with a purchase. 

    If you play on mobile you can also contact Google Play Support or Apple directly for a refund on any failed purchases in your apps.
