like i said other king games are fine
Then explain why every other king game is perfectly fine,its always excuse after excuse after excuse,and yes im on win7,and NO I wont download 10 for anybody,my chrome is up to date just suddenly one day a black screen when it worked fine before,like I said EVERY other King game works perfectly,so doubt its got anything to do with Win 7 or any other excuse,
@patsyanne Please make sure your browser is up to date, try also different browsers and also make sure you are on Windows 10 since Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft.
You can also play via the Windows app that you can download from Microsoft Store. Your levels and Gold Bars can be synced by connecting the game to your Facebook.
If you are on Windows 7 and/ or outdated browser, then we cannot guarantee that game will work for you.
been black screen for months now,everything they tell you to do / try does NOTHING,zero zilch NADA,they can shove thier game,I just tried it again after leaving it for weeks,BLACK SCREEN<obviously thier game designers are USELESS if they cant keep a game up and running,they need to find people WHO are capable,NOT useless

The black screen issue is being looked into, meanwhile please try another browser. It seems to happen mostly on Google Chrome only.
Please clear the cache and cookies on your browser to make sure the fix reaches your game.
Make also sure thatĀ the browser is up to dateĀ
and Please try this one
Open Facebook , click more tools and Clear browsing data and log in to facebook and open Game PRS

can anyone give advice on how to get enough brown crates to appear please, I see many of you are on 9400 so any tips i would appreciate. Thank you
Hi, uh since I logged in, it said start at level 1 but I am actually not restarting. It forces me to replay already done levels
Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
Done with this week's 30 levels. No glitchy levels! Thank God! Took me about 4 hours! Lol
