Losing Gold Bars
I know for post other players have had problems with losing their gold bars per posts I have seen. .on November 9th I lost 11 gold bars. Then I received 50 gold bars from playing the Birthday contest. But when I logged in this morning I only had 41 gold bars. Which mean I lost another 9 gold bars somehow. I had not used any of them that I know of. Could someone please help me with this matter.

@kiara_wael i did contact the players support team on both my issues with Pet Rescue. This on about losing gold bars and the Pet rescue party challenge and this is the message I got.
So it did not do me any good to contact the support team they told me to go to the help center or to go to the community.

9 Gold Bars were used for Extra Moves in the game. Therefore they went down from 50 to 41.

@Crazy Cat Lad thank you for tell me I do not remember buying them but if I did thank you for the responses. what about the 11 gold bars I had before before the contest. I saw were other players had lost their gold bars also I think they got theirs back. But mine never came back. I would appreciate it if you could check.
