Hi I'm no longer receiving the extra moves/videos or boosters and am not sure what happened. Can you help?
Hi @Lulu2585 And welcome to the community.
Unfortunately this is not available to everyone so from time to time the groups that do get it, are moved around so that others may get a chance to trial it. You can only wait until they give you it again. Some of us don't get it at all ☹
I no longer get offered boosters, etc. to continue by watching an ad. How do I get that option back?

I have not had any boosters or extra moves for more than two months now. Keeping my eye on it doesnt help

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

Unfortunately you posted your discussion in the CCFS area, this thread will be moved to the PRS soon.
The video adds that gives you extra moves ect is distributed a group of players. You could try troubleshooting your device, if that doesn't work unfortunately you're probably not under that test group anymore and you won't receive that feature.

I was getting daily bonus on pet rescue and now I am not. I found it very helpful and miss not getting it and do not understand why it just stopped showing up. I have been playing the game for quite some time and enjoy it.
