I know, we can only apologise on behalf of whatever is holding the studio up. I do know they are incredibly busy right now but we have asked our cm to poke them again (harder and with a bigger stick! ) I promise we are hearing the complaints and we understand being players ourselves, it’s not fair you’re still not able to play properly.

Thank you Lady_Choo, I only joined this community recently, although I have been playing the game for many years, so I was unsure if I was loading my progress correctly, but it accepted my other level badges promptly but not my 4000 level, maybe I have loaded too many in one day? But I will wait to see what you can find out for me. Thanks again for your help
