Why can I only do random levels now. I was on 5739?

    Hello @jjb2904 and welcome. Are you playing on Facebook? You should be able to play the level you are on, just not go back in the map. There is a glitch preventing that right now. Alternatively, the mobile versions are working as they should be 🙂

    Hello,I was playing pet rescue and suddenly it made me to play a random level.

    At first I played it and it gave me back my level,after 2 days I played and it gave me a random level again I thought if I play it will give me back my level but it did not.

    What can I do to solve that problem?

    Please give me a solution.

    Yes it is my account but I realised that I am playing on another e-mail so I made this account with the right e-mail.

    I do not remember in which level I was exactly but I am sure that I was about at 6500.

    I am playing on a computer with a facebook account.

    Ah I see. No worries 🤗 Were you at the end of the map? The computer version hasn't had any new levels for some reason this week so that is probably why. We are waiting for an update so I can let you know when that happens 😊
