Every time the event with the floating camper shows up I either get a treasure chest that never opens or no treasure chest and I go through the entire event with no prizes and no treasure chest they're all lost because of the event. This is not the first second third or fourth time I've complained about the game and every time I have to deal with technical support I just want to break my phone because you guys obviously hate your job and do not like dealing with customers and tell me that you don't see a problem on my end. I just want to not play any of your games anymore because this is a bunch of bull crap. I'm not trying to get free stuff I want my game to work like it's supposed to

Hi @tazynn, welcome to the Pet Rescue Saga Community. The pup with it's camper is not an event. It is the new game interface and yes, it still has a few problems. The chest (which replaces the end of episode chest we used to have) is still being tested, so not in all games yet.
It does sound to me like there is no problem with your game other than the chest (which is still in test mode)
Personally I think the technical support team do a good job, but they do not know and play the games like those of us here in the Community do. Next time you have game problems check here first ๐

Instead of the chests at the end of episodes we will fill our chest by collecting stars.
If you do not see the chest in your game yet, please do not worry, it's still being tested and everyone will get it soon!
