I did not receive my gold bars from the last event. And now I am being told to login and I am already logged in.

You need to contact support from within the game, they will be able to look into your account and see what has happened. Make sure you choose the catagory very carefully or you will be sent back here. Have a look at this link for guidance 🤗
It didn't work. It tells me there's not an account associated with my email. So I logged back in with Facebook. Still didn't get my gold bars.
Try logging out, then in again and see if that helps?
