❗❗❗ Lost progress? read here before contacting player support
Hi Rescuers. You often see us directing players to player support within in the game, but its very important that you choose the correct option to get to the right department.
Many of you lose progress, there is a dedicated team for that, but if you don't chose the lost progress option, you might get re-directed back to the community or be given instructions on how to play the game. Yes we have had that before.
So. Click on the cog. Choose help
Find the correct help topic. If its about lost progress, choose lost progress
If none of the information helps fix your issue, choose contact us at the bottom of the page.
You want to enter this option
Add the details and then hopefully all will be resolved quickly.
Its very important though that you enter the email address that you use to log into the game, so PS can find your account and if you have your player ID, enter that too 🤗
