I can't login to my account to sync my progress ?

Hopefully this is the right link..it will only work with your old account or new account though. You cannot sync both. You could sync your old account and then just log in with the kingdom. That's one option.
the other option you could do.. is contact player support from within the game, tell them it's lost progress and what level you were on and that you started a new account. They can manually load progress upto that level but you won't have the gold or boosters from your other account. However you won't have to replay all those levels again 😊

I'm trying to sync my old FB account to my new FB account to save my progress and get my gold bars too...is that possible?

Ah no, you cannot sync both Facebook accounts. What you could do is sync your old account with the kingdom and then log in with the kingdom?
