After a couple of moves in the game a box appears that says Duplicate Tabs and stops me continuing with the game, can anyone help please ??

It's actually worse now as Duplicate Tabs box comes up as soon as I try to load the game now. Yesterday, it would allow you to load the game and start playing (about 3 or 4 moves) before duplicate tabs appeared.
Yes, that's exactly what's happened to me.
Hi Lady Choo, I don't have access to any other devices, I only have my laptop, so there's no way I have duplicate tabs open.
That's not always the reason but some couldn't understand why it wasn't working when using the game on multiple devices at one time 🙊
One last question, have you tried loading it on a different browser and in incognito mode? The team are still trying to find the cause so ruling out everything is annoying I know, but at least we can tell them its been tried 🤗
I have cleared history, cache, etc. Closed down my laptop and reloaded and when I try to load Pet Rescue Saga, I still get Duplicate Tabs box and am no longer able to access the game. It was fine earlier today and all of a sudden I was plagued with the Duplicate Tabs box. I have no other devices so I've definitely not got any duplicate tabs open.
Gah, yes, sorry both of you and welcome to the community @ba_ha
You can try clearing cache and cookies (and only have it open on one device at the same time) and keep an eye on this thread 🤗
I am getting the same thing. I was able to play the game earlier today and then, all of a sudden, the duplicate tabs box popped up and I can no longer continue.
