So to recap, you bought a special offer through the game and got everything but the bars? Are you playing on a device? In which case I need to ask you to contact support from within the game, making sure that you select lost items/didn't get purchase to make sure you get to the correct team. The reason for this is they have access to your account which we don't here, so they can check into it for you. I hope this helps π€
