Really not sure! It is Facebook related and its something they have changed access wise. Just as King sort it out, then FB seems to change again but you are right, it is really irritating. Close all other tabs/windows except for that one and sometimes it helps, even if they are not open on Facebook.
Yes, what is with the duplicate tabs.....keep coming up? its very irritating....hos come it does not happen on other games...just on this one!!!!
@GrammaBecky have you tried using a different browser like microsoft edge?
To confirm it works on edge? We always suggest trying a different browser but I suspect sometimes people say they have and they haven't.

Went to a different browser Edge (from Firefox) and it works on there. Who knows!

Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
