My game won't load, it just sits on the Orange "King" page after clicking on Play!. I have turned my phone on and off several times & also resorted to uninstalling & reinstalling Pet Rescue Saga on both my phones. This is happening on my iPhone13 Pro & my Oppo A72- Help Please?

Hi, that is frustrating.
As regards the Oppo, could you clear the game cache as well as the play store cache before uninstalling. Reboot your phone then try again.
Do you log in via the kingdom or Facebook?

I log in via Facebook- it is so much worse now too

Apologies for the delay @katieamynz , it didn't notify me that you had replied.
Is your facebook account synced with the Kingdom? If not, I would think about doing that and trying to log in with your email instead. If the accounts are synced, your progress will be the same. You can read how to do that here.
Before that though.
Can you make sure the game is completely closed (and swiped from the background) on both devices.
Could you go to settings on Facebook, then apps and find Pet rescue Saga. See if it is active. If it isn't, activate it. If it is activated, could you click on "remove" for me.
Don't worry your progress won't be lost. Open the game on one of your devices and go to sign in with Facebook again. It will ask for permissions. Allow it and see if it loads this time. If so, you will just need to log in again on the other device but won't need to give permissions again 🤗
