Not sure how to activate the blue flowers

Most of the time I can’t even get the blue flowers to activate like they’re gonna throw a net. How do I get them to start?
Hi @missolo
The flowers work after facing an object/bomb with no interruption (for example moves made to that object or between the flower and the object) for two moves.
