Help I lost my town and village

I am on level 95 and lost all houses/the town and my map is empty. Also lost all my boost things like the balloons, hammer etc

It sounds like a connection issue. Is all the other progress the same?

Has the game updated recently and do you have more than 2GB free space on your device?

Hi and thank you, All progress in terms of the village and the balloons/hammers etc are lost but my progress level (95) is still up to date. the game is also up to date and I have more than 2GB on my device

I'm going to tag @Lynette but it might be a good idea to message player support from within the game to see if they can see where they have gone.
have you tried logging out then in again?
