no funciona como tiene que funcionar tarda en arrancar 10 minutos y cuando haces un nivel se tira otros diez minutos en arrancar
tengo ram para aburrir y wiffi lo mismo, esto es un problema de que cuando vas añadiendo mascotas al pueblo y edificios el juego se vuelve, nefasto.. si solo juegas al los eventos sin jugar a los niveles, no ocurre esto, es un año tras otro y tneis quejas para aburrir pero os da lo mismo
no depende del sistema operativo…. se trata del operativo que actualiza este juego a esas construcciones, cuando no estan funcina perfectmente
ha el juego es el de PET RESCUE SAGA, cadavez mas asqueroso
como siempre cada vez que poneis las aventuras que duran un mes en poner edificio, gorros, atracciones, etc.. se queda bloqueado cuando pasan 15 dias que has puesto unos cuantos edificios yh atracciones, se queda esperando en naranja mas de 20 minutos. y cada vez que pasas de nievel otravez otros 20 minutos o hasta horas, esto es siempre, yo creo que vuetra inteligencia ya esta enterada de esto, pero os da lo mismo, la verdad es un juego muy bueno pero el disesador deja mucho que desear, la ultima vez hace unos seis meses lo que hice es solo jugar a el circo , la montaña los bonus diarios, y no tube problemas,,, es cuando juegas a esa porqueria de construir la ciudad,,, pero veo que os da lo mismo, esto me ocurre en todos mis dispositivos, en android, pc, tablet, mi pc tiene 32 gb de ram y 1tb de wifi por cable y nada de nada… asi son años. que por lo que se ve os da lo mismo…. un saludo menos mal que quean solo 2 dias,,, ha si empezais desde 0 funciona bastante bien, `perdiendo todo lo que teneis volveis a meteros en vuetra cuenta y todos los extras que teneis,,,,, a la basura, que pasa si los compro y los pierdo, me devolveis el dinero?
Pues he probado en varios dispositivos. En Xiaomi redmi note 14 pro se cuelga y/o tarda bastante en arrancar. En Xiaomi 13c tarda en arrancar, pero no se cuelga tanto. En Xiaomi 12t va más fluido. No se cuelga y va más rápido. Y en pc no hay problema ninguno.
Quizás sea por culpa de alguna actualización.
Claro que, supongo, en otros móviles será esa u otra razón.

Me es imposible jugar a PET RECUE SAGA. Se queda en naranja y al cabo de 15 minutos me dice que cierre la aplicación o que espere. He actualizado la aplicación, tengo memoria de sobra, he probado a cerrarlo todo y volve a intentarlo, he apagado el móvil y lo ge vuelto a encender y no hay manera. Me pueden ayudar?
Good morning @valle16 i know it is frustrating, but please be aware that using capital letters like that is considered shouting. If that was the intention, please do not as we like to keep the community polite at least. The reason the ram was mentioned is because your 16gb of ram is often the device total that has to cover all of your apps and the system, sometimes people do not have 2gb completely free and that is what causes the issues. So regardless of it being a widespread problem. As many can still play the game and do not have the issues, we always are asked to start with the troubleshooting. That way we can add reports to the studio with that you have tried the basics first. If you can let me know your device(s) and version, I can pass it back to the community manager.
