yesterday i txt you to inform you i had solved 4 difficult games and paid my 2.99 however my lap top froze and when i went back to the game it gave my awards apart from my gold bars it said i had 19 i used 9 as i thought but then it said i only had 1 left not really happy with service as sometimes it seems you dont really care about customers as long as you get money

Hi Margaret and welcome to the community. It is annoying when these things happen. However, you would need to contact player support who can look into it as they can access your account to see what has happened.
Make sure that you choose payment issues for this I think.
