Hello everyone! I have a problem with the game. Some of my friends have sent me boosts which I can't remove and I can't pass the level because of them. How can I remove these boosts?

wow, I'm glad it got fixed, and thanks for letting me know the whole level is changed! Look for your missing friend in the friend suggestions, hopefully she will come back?
Thank heavens it finally got fixed. They changed the entire puzzle to collecting 3 different items which when I completed it did take me to the next level. As one of my tries at fixing this in the beginning of it, I deleted the friend that sent it in the hopes that the balloon would also go away which it didn't. They're not on my friends list to add. Is there a way that you can add this person back? We've been playing together for a long time. His name was Jean Claude

Hi @sandi418 can you repost your game ID? Maybe we've got one number wrong?
I followed above with no success. Except I didn't see a way to log out of FB, just exit. I also deleted and re-downloaded on my iphone and it didn't change. I couldn't try on my ipad because it is taking a winter nap!!
I found how to log out of FB. Did it, followed rest of steps and still no change!
Hi @sandi418 your level has been reset a second time! I suspect the problem might be because you only play on facebook đ Try logging out of facebook, clearing your computer cache and cookies, and completely shut down your device. Then open everything up again and log back into facebook. Hopefully this will rest everything so that the gme picks up your new progress! Please let me know if this helps?
I am Pretty much done with this issue. It's been 2 weeks and king has not corrected a mistake they should have seen in the programming. Apparently, they have no interest in my money I do purchase at least once a week on each of the games that I play, pet rescue and Candy Crush. However as you get further on and higher up there's no way to win many of them without expending money. And since king hasn't cared about the fact that I can't play for two weeks and I've been playing this game for years then obviously they just don't care. So i am done! As soon as I use up what I've paid for on Candy Crush I will never play either game again.

I play thru Facebook on laptop. I don't know of any way to update.
Edit: I just updated the app on my ipad and there was an update but nothing changed. I actually completely deleted the game and reloaded to be sure.
Apologies I thought this had already been done for you! Have you looked in your app store for a game update? Let me know if it just needed an update, and if not I'll pass your ID on again.
Its been over a week now I haven't been able to play.. how long does this usually take?

Alguien puede dar algun consejo para superar este nivel? Ni se la de horas y horas que llevo intentandolo, ni mirando los videos en Youtube, nunca salen suficientes mascotas en tan pocos movimientos y claro aunque quiera usar boosters no puedo porque no tengo las mascotas en pantalla
