Hello everyone! I have a problem with the game. Some of my friends have sent me boosts which I can't remove and I can't pass the level because of them. How can I remove these boosts?

Hi @sandi418 do the balloon boosters mean that you don't have enough pink blocks for the butterflies?

I see what you mean about not being able to complete the level! The balloons are in the way to paint and if you pop them there are no longer enough blocks to paint! Can you please give us your game ID and I'll see if something can be done to help you. (If you need to know how to find your game ID read here: How to find my game ID?)

Hi @mariaradina - they can't be removed I often do not accept 'help from friends' (but close the level and start again) because balloons do not necessarily help the level you're at. Unfortunately it's too late for you to not ask for these. Which level are you at? I might be able to help somehow?

There is a simple solution to Level 9434, and it's something we've had before in previous levels… Pets will only fall when there is a virus block in the column.
