I cannot get a pet to come down column 4, been stuck for 4 weeks, wasted so many boosters, no solid block in the column but it just won't drop a pet!!!

I have the same issue. I have never gotten a pet out of column 4. I'm usually waiting for levels to come out each week. It is hard to know far behind I am now. It's been at least a month

We cannot help with compensation here, but when its fixed, if you message player support from within the game and ask them nicely, they can only say yes or no!
Absolutely ridiculous . Why is it taking so long ???
Lost out on everything , boosters etc .
Think I might uninstall and choose another .
please can you get the problem on game 7618 ..no pets are coming down.
I am having the exact same problem it seems there is a problem but I wish they would get it fixed
I am still stuck on level 7618, wasted boosters, wasted the bomb, could not move forward so I was not able to go for gold bars. Please fix this issue, as I can see numerous people are also stuck, it's a shame because like many I love this game, but we have lost out on so much. I feel when you fix this issue we all should be compensated.
We can only apologise right now, its got to be a big issue though otherwise it would have been sorted by now 😒
Please hurry and fix level 7618 I'm close to binning the game which would be a shame.
