I've never had Ads in PRS but recently the option for viewing ads has shown up. When I try to watch the ad it will not change screens so that I can view it. What can I do to fix the problem

The ads don't start it just stays on the screen I posted. I've done the troubleshooting a few times and still doesn't work. I play on a Galaxy Note 20 and the game shows Version 3.8.0.1
Its just freezing? Have you done the usual, log out and close the app etc?
Sometimes it might just be that particular video isn't loading, but if you have tried the troubleshooting, we will ask for further suggestions.
