Sometimes glitches happen which is why King advise that we don't store too many as they can get lost.
The best thing to do would be to contact player support from within the game to see if they can see what has happened as they can look at your account.

Hello I have played for a few years,and when a level is won you get 600 paw coins, why hasn't it increased to like a 1000 it's about time it does ,playing for 5 or more years and it's still the same is crazy work. I am taling about in the Pet Rescue Saga Game. Thank you
Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
