Sometimes glitches happen which is why King advise that we don't store too many as they can get lost.
The best thing to do would be to contact player support from within the game to see if they can see what has happened as they can look at your account.

Hello again. I wrote to King for help ,also wrote to Google play. Finally I got help and I dont understand how, but all my games are working . Now I have access to friends ,users , challenges. So grateful,hope you also got help . 🤞🤗👑
