I same problem so I went to my app to do an update. If this works for you then perfect if not then what you need to delete the app reinstall it then when you click on you can load your data from your Google account or your Facebook account. I use my Facebook account. I got to the exact same spot same level however instead of trying to save 99 pets which is impossible you only have to save nine so that must’ve been some kind of glitch. The only thing that happens is your login.
