Animopolis
Good morning, since Animopolis started, I played only one week because as usual with this evenement the game freeze before opening. Now the animopolis is ended, still can't open the game. It freezes on the orange page with the wheel.
On iphone no problem
Pc: windows 10 all updates made. I don't want to reinstall (that's what I did last time) but I loose all boosters.
What can I do? Have a good day

can you get into the screen where you can log out of the game at least?
Sometimes if you can log out, reboot your device, wait a little while then try again it works.
or is it the first orange screen that comes up before the play screen?1 -
Thanks for the answer. I can get to the screen orange with , Play and account. If I log out, it says that I will return to number 1, and I'm sure I'll loose all the boosters again.
