It's been over a month. I checked the videos on yoiutube to see how it was being played. I noticed on the four videos I watched, multiple boxes are falling so you have a chance to win the game with the count that is given to get off. I can't get off with this count and only one box falls, or it may not fall at all on my game. Please let me know if this is how it is, I'll uninstall and stop playing. The unrealistic counts you tech support have given, I see why people have stop playing the game.

When you say you're having trouble with not enough metal blocks falling, is it because you run out of moves before you get enough?
I think this level was one where metal blocks only fall when there are virus blocks still in the column.
Try letting some virus blocks build up in the columns and see if this helps with making metal blocks fall.2 -
