It's been over a month. I checked the videos on yoiutube to see how it was being played. I noticed on the four videos I watched, multiple boxes are falling so you have a chance to win the game with the count that is given to get off. I can't get off with this count and only one box falls, or it may not fall at all on my game. Please let me know if this is how it is, I'll uninstall and stop playing. The unrealistic counts you tech support have given, I see why people have stop playing the game.
