I wonder if it's somehow a connection issue, but I used this ID
10299823458to give them and they said it's not ab active account. You don't have a second account you use for pet rescue only? Could I be a pain and ask you just to go into settings and double check it's not saved you under a different number or something because something is clearly going wrong :(I'm sure we will sort it!! Somehow anyway 😘
