Gold bars

I completed the event 1,2,3 Grow Pet but I have not received the 50 gold bars. A message appears saying that I have already redeemed them on another device, but I only play on my phone. Could you please check and let me now bout it?

My Husband and I both play pet saga and he has the Christmas petopia and my game does not have it. Can you let me know 8f I will be getting it soon.
I was getting the daily bonus on prt rescue and now i am not. How do i get it back?
I was getting daily bonus on pet rescue and now I am not. I found it very helpful and miss not getting it and do not understand why it just stopped showing up. I have been playing the game for quite some time and enjoy it.
Lost all goldbars and booster when signing in
I created an account in Pet rescue after playing a couple of years, and lost a couple of houndreds of boosters and 259 goldbars. I'm mad as hell. What can I do to get itback?
The game is pet rescue the problem is all of my power ups are gone hundreds of them.
my iPhone got stolen. I got a new phone re- my picked up my all of my gone. That’s crazy. I work too damn hard and too long to get all of them.
