Hi, is anyone else experiencing problems with the Pet Rescue Mystery Mountain? It has opened with the orange baby octopus frozen at stage 5. I closed down my iPad but it has made no difference. Thank you.

I scrolled right down to the bottom of the page and under King I clicked on contact us. I explained the problem and gave them my 🆔 number. It did take a while to get a response.

I literally just realised my gold bars were missing, found this post and sent a message via the contact button mentioned above and linked to this post. It was literally less than 5 minutes and I got an automated reply then an actual reply and my account has been credited with my 50 gold bars!
Has anyone had a reply for not receiving the 50 gold bars? This is the 3rd time of writing and have not received any reply even saying we are looking at the problem. Getting very disillusioned with their client services.

I'm attaching the link where Lynette tells us that the studio is currently aware of the problem and advises us to write to the Help Center to see if we can get our Gold Bars assigned. I wrote to them, and they replied that they will check. 🤞

I played last event went to claim gold bars it failed. I had 12 never received. I wanted to use them for my level

Not fair at all. After almost 10 years of playing, after passing nearly 10000 levels, you robbed me out of my fair and square earned gold. And, by the way, this is not first time, this has happened before, in several ocasiones but now the cup is full. Give me back my gold or lose one of youre veteran players, which ever suits you best.

I completed the red blocks quest quest yesterday but the game said my claim had failed for the reward! This had cost me money to complete so I’m seriously disappointed
