The question I asked yesterday about the Weekly Contest not being reset is marked as being answered, but it hasn't been answered.

I've attached a screen shot taken this morning. As you can see. it's marked as Ended, but it hasn't been reset to zero for a new week. I've not received the winner's prize. The same problem occurred last week and was reported by several people, but nobody has mentioned it this week. I use a Win 10 laptop for the game.

Please could you check what's happened?
