Once you reach level 100 your done? I can still harvest crops but all it gives me for completing levels is hats. I can't expand anymore or dig anymore treasure?

I completed level 100 during first week - claimed all my harvests. This week everything went back to an empty city and all I get is more pets and the mystery monster. Can't build new buildings, get get any bonuses from existing pets, no seeds, no way of building any harvests - seems pretty pointless? Anyone else having same thing?
