The weekly contest has not reset to zero and I've not not received my winner's awards from last week. I've posted on here before, and another player who had experienced the same problem suggested I contact customer services to get a fix for this as he has managed to do.
I've since contacted them several times and, despite taking all the steps recommended, all I've received are unhelpful generic replies (probably generated by AI). Would any of the moderators be able to help me sort this out?
I can see by the other problems described here that there are many things that don't seem to be working properly, so I can appreciate everyone is busy. However, I would be grateful for any help you could provide before I give up on this completely,
