I have a new phone and the game wants to start from the first level. The old phone account uses Facebook backup, I log in to the new one with Facebook. but it still doesn't work.what should I do?

All of a sudden the option to use gold bars to continue a level is just GONE! I was getting massive amount of moves I could purchase w/ bars but now the option does not come up. It goes directly to level failed. I am sure I am not alone in this issue. Game glitch that needs immediate fixing PLEASE!!!!
