Pet Rescue Saga Level 9251 is a difficult one to complete, but can be done without needing any boosters or extra moves!
The first thing you need to note is that Pets only fall in a column that has three specific blocks in it already. These are a metal block, a diamond and a virus block, as pictured below.
The second tip is try and save moves by collecting all five Pets and dropping them together at the end.
As soon as you have a Pet drop, remove the metal blocks. When you remove metal blocks more will immediately appear, but not always where you want them, so some luck is also involved.
Let the virus blocks multiply so they are never far away from where a metal block may fall.
This will also give you a large group to collect after the fifth Pet has dropped.
The best boosters to use in this level, if you have them, would be rockets to drop the Pets more quickly.
