I’ve emailed the support team many times about my Episode Race bug, but I keep receiving automated replies and the issue is still not fixed. It’s very frustrating, and I really hope someone can help me properly because I can’t play the game until this problem is resolved.
Each time I start a new Episode Race, it immediately shows that someone has already finished the race, which is impossible. It also appears to be the same players every time. I have played around twenty rounds, and the same person wins instantly as soon as the race starts.
Could you please escalate this manually to the Support Team?
