new format with extra mmoves

I think Pet Rescue thinks we are stupid. I see right through them. Make levels so IMPOSSIBLY difficult that the only way to pass them is to buy/use gold bars. Offer massive amounts of extra moves but you gotta pay. Please go back to the way it used to be -make levels just hard enough to where if you got totally frustrated THEN you buy lives. Not this offer of multiple moves right from the start. It is just is not fun anymore. I love the game and am current on the levels provided. If I had not been playing for years I would quit. Make some changes King or you will lose players.

Thank you for your honest feedback @bamamama42! We understand that some levels can feel really challenging, and we know that isn't always a fun experience.

Our goal isn't to make levels so difficult that the only way to progress is by using boosters. The Level Design team is constantly reviewing player feedback and making adjustments to keep levels challenging, but also fair and possible to complete.

If you've been stuck on a particular level for a while, please let us know which one it is. Sometimes a level really does need a tweak, and reports from players are one of the main ways we identify those cases. You can also ask the community for tips, other players often have great strategies that can help ☺️
