You can click on the plus "+" sign next to the gold bars icon as per the image shared by Ms Kiara to add gold bars into your game using real money or if use the coins from the game itself to purchase boosters, also as shown in the image shared by Ms Kiara.
You can only restrict your in-app purchase by modifying/changing the setting in your iTunes/Google Play store account if you do not wish to have any accidental purchase in the future.
