Welcome to the sweet King community. Please can you describe your problem better?
If you mean that you can't access the store because a connection error message appears, this has been going on for some time. It is being investigated, some players fixed it by turning off the device's internet connection for a couple of minutes, with the game open. When I turned the device's internet connection back on, everything worked correctly. You must make sure you have your browser and your game updated.
Also try these steps: log out / clear cache / restart device / log in. If you continue to have problems, please report here again.

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Does everybody here has same problem on the same level? I am stuck on level 2997. So 2998 gives me message that there is no internet.
