⚠️ Game pushed back to level 3792?

Did you suddenly got pushed back to level 3792 in the game even though you had played past it?
Something went wrong recently which caused some plyers getting pushed back to level 3792. The issue is being looked into and hopefully be fixed soon. When the fix is in place, you should be back to your level.

This issue should now be fixed and all players should be back on the correct level.

Levels got reset back to 3792 when I was waiting for new levels to open. King sent me an email of how to fix that but it didn't work.

This appears to be happening to lots of players today.
When there is a problem like this that seems to be affecting so many, we just need to wait for them to fix the glitch

If you play on a different device try using it until the problem is fixed.

Hi, I seem to have an issue with my levels. I was on level 4200+ but it has thrown me back to level 3792, i can't even get passed level 3792 as it says new levels are coming soon. Iv'e read through some of the previous comments even though i can see they was posted 2017, iv'e tried to reload the page a couple of times and i'm still where i shouldn't be. Can you help please. Thank you Amy

This has literally just happened to me. I was waiting for new levels to open and it's gone back to 3792. Perhaps King will send me an email ??

I've been waiting for new level to open, I think it was about 4212 and then without any warning it's now showing level 3792 with a barrier waiting to open !! Will this be sorted so I go back to my original level ?? .... Also when I click on Help Stuck Players, it won't allow me to help them because they are stuck on level 4206 !!

It's happened to me too... I was waiting for new levels to open too and it's gone back to 3792... In my cel the game shows 4212 level,and wait... 🙄
