Thank you for writing here, this Community is the best place for answers. You can also use the contact form (at the bottom of this page) But when it is a problem affecting many players (like this one) there is no need to clog their messages as they will already know about it.
This loading problem is actually from facebook. I hope you've also contacted them with feedback?

Players using mobile devices would also have issues if they try to connect the game via facebook 😕
The app version can be played without connecting but needs to be saved via King.
There is also an app that can be downloaded to computer if you use Windows 10.

Is this because Facebook is ending their gaming room and standing alone games?

I have contacted facebook and to be fair ,the bot in the contact us message does not give an option to report this issue so could not actually do anything other than post here ,i do not "clog "them either so no need to get funny and disrespectful ,i posted here as this was the only way to report it and seeing as it took the company over 3 weeks to sort the mystery mountain out i am not holding my breath on this

I agree some problems take forever to resolve 😕
The comment about clogging the messages was just me speculating, I'm sure they can handle them really. It is just my personal opinion that when there is a major problem it is not necessary to tell them.
I understand your frustration, I don't play on mobile devices either, so we just have to be patient and wait it out.

Facebook were having problems that meant games could not be played if you were connected to facebook. It's back to normal now, so I hope you're all playing again now 😊

mine would not load either through no fault of mine, yet today i am put back to square one for log ins. Not fair at all.

If my game will not load then I will quit. To many try this try that and no solving the problem.

Hi, the game not loading was a very old issue. It is up to you, but to quit playing a game when it could easily be solved would be quite sad 😥 The reason we say try this and try that is because if it is just the player with issues, trying the things could solve the problem. If only one person has the problem, its not likely to be the game itself.
