This level was impossible so they changed it to make it easier. In the updated version more of the correct color blocks fall so that you can actually release the butterflies.
If your level is still too hard it might be because your device has not picked up the update yet.
Go to your app store, look up Pet Rescue Saga and see if there is an update button (if none then you are fully updated)
Below is an example of how to complete Level 4302 without boosters or extra moves.
Good luck and please let me know how you do. I can give some tips on using boosters if you need them.

Ya mine is updated already it is still impossible not enough colors come down. I have been playing over and over and over and butterflies will not even flutter. It is very frustrating and makes u want to just stop playing the game. If you can not advance what is the point. I know how to play the game very well have been playing it for years.
