Why is my daily bonus not working?

Have you tried playing the game on King.com? I've never had any issues with the daily bonuses after switching so it might work for you as well.
I saw on another thread a step by step instruction on how to transfer your game progress to King.com:
1) Go to King.com and login then click on settings (cog wheel, top right corner of screen)
2) Choose Account
3) Enter your password
4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook
5) Click on the two arrows to initiate the sync

Once done your progress is synchronized and you should now be able to receive the daily bonuses without any issues.

Yesterday my daily reward popped up then vanished without me seeing said reward. today, my daily login went from 190+ to zero because of this....as well as my daily reward. Second, today, my daily challenge, even though i beat it, didn't reward me....like a super quick blink and miss it.....like the site is doing "here's your.....oops, sorry wrong person" BTW, this is on Facebook, not some fancy phone app.

candy crus lately hasn't let me get daily bonus......with Pet Rescue, i guess it was because several minutes passed before I clicked on my "reward"....maybe.

I found out, similar to having to play a few times, then exit to map to get my 30 day bonus......I found out I can get my daily bonus.....I usually click on it before I start playing.
